The Fall Assembly Packet will be available September 18, 2018 (45 days prior to assembly). It will be available for download on this page and emailed to all registered for the Assembly.
The Assembly Packet is your indispensable “map” to the upcoming assembly. Packets are emailed to intergroups and to reps who attended the previous two assemblies. Reps need to print out and bring this information to the assembly. This packet includes everything you will need at the assembly, including agenda, minutes of the previous meeting, board and committee reports, and important motions that will be voted on at the upcoming assembly.
Financial assistance is available. Visit our Financial Aid page for more information on how your intergroup may receive assistance.
With consent of the Assembly, visitors may participate in discussion, but may not make motions or vote.

Every room is a suite & contains a refrigerator and microwave. Rate for up to 2 people per room is $129/night. The deadline to obtain this rate is September 30th. If you need to make your reservation by phone, call 909-622-2220 between 10am-4pm M-F and ask for Sales & Catering who will book the reservation for them at our special rate.
