Assembly Packet

The Fall Assembly Packet will be available September 20, 2018 (45 days prior to assembly). It will be available for download on this page and emailed to all registered for the Assembly.

The Assembly Packet is your indispensable “map” to the upcoming assembly. Packets are emailed to intergroups and to reps who attended the previous two assemblies. Reps need to print out and bring this information to the assembly. This packet includes everything you will need at the assembly, including agenda, minutes of the previous meeting, board and committee reports, and important motions that will be voted on at the upcoming assembly.

With consent of the Assembly, visitors may participate in discussion, but may not make motions or vote.
