How to Add an R2 Event
California, Hawaii, Mexico and Northern Nevada
All events must be approved before being published to the OAR2 Event Calendar.
Follow these steps to submit your event information:
- Fill out form to the right
- Put the details of your event in your flyer.
- Save your flyer in PDF format before uploading for better viewing.
- An automated email reply will be generated. If you do not receive an email confirmation, try submitting the form again.
- The Publications Coordinator will review your event.
- If approved, the event will be posted. You will receive an email confirming your event has been posted.
- If unapproved, the event will not be posted. You will recieve an email explaining the reasons for it not being approved.

What to include in your flyer:
- Name of Event
- Day and time
- Location address
- Contact - email and/or phone number
- Name of intergroup sponsoring event
- Suggested donation amount
- No one turned away for lack of funds
- Do not put the name of the person presenting on the flyer
