Absolutely—this is a wonderful place for newcomers to feel welcomed, inspired, and connected! If you’re new, let us know when you arrive so we can help you feel right at home.

Registration
How much is registration?
Convention registration is just $175. If you're local, you're more than welcome to commute—but for the full experience, we highly recommend staying at the Loews Hollywood Hotel. Not only will you be right in the center of the action, but you'll also enjoy top-notch amenities and the convenience of being steps away from every session, social event, and networking opportunity.

Can I still register, and until what date? Register at the door?
Yes! On-site registration opens Friday at 3:00 p.m. and will remain open through Saturday, wrapping up Sunday morning.
Swing by the registration table when you arrive—we’ll be ready to welcome you!
When does in-person check-in at the Convention start?
Check-in kicks off on Friday at 3:00 p.m. Come early to get settled and join us for two great recovery meetings at 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., followed by our Grand Opening at 7:00 p.m.
Arrive early and jump-start your weekend with inspiration and connection!
Hotel Information
Can I still get a hotel room?
Yes—you can still snag a room! Convention rates have been extended and we are happy to announce they are available until July 3!! Hurry because once our block of discounted rooms fills up, prices may go up.
Pounce on the savings and book your room early to stay close to the action!
If you have questions about ADA accessibility, we warmly encourage you to contact the hotel directly—they’ll be happy to assist you.
Meals
What is the cost of the Convention meal options?
Can I listen to the lunch, dinner, or breakfast speakers without purchasing a meal?
To enjoy the speakers during our special breakfast, lunch, and dinner events, you’ll need a meal ticket—these will be collected at the door.
Not joining us for the meal? No worries!
We’ll have Continuous Meetings running during mealtimes, and all speaker sessions will be recorded, so you won't miss the inspiration.
Choose the experience that works best for you—we’ve got great options either way!
Why is lunch so expensive?
A: Our lunch offers a premium buffet experience featuring a wide variety of fresh, wholesome options. Enjoy a full salad bar with mixed greens, green bean farro salad, yam & quinoa kale salad, along with entrées like herb-grilled chicken, grilled maitake mushrooms, and grilled shrimp. Whole grain breads, a fresh fruit platter, coffee, hot tea, and water are also included.
Plus, the price includes a featured speaker—a special part of the meal experience that adds inspiration to your plate!
Reserve your lunch ticket by June 30 to ensure your spot for this nourishing, uplifting mid-day event!
Do the meals for purchase fit my plan of eating?
Meals are prepared with no added sugar, no fried foods, and no white flour. Since plans of eating vary, feel free to bring your own food if needed—and check in with your sponsor if you're unsure.

Absolutely! While signing up in advance is super helpful, we’d love your help anytime.
