The OA Region 2 Summer Assembly will be held virtually (on Zoom) to ensure maximum accessibility for our Region 2 representatives.
Activities begin Thursday evening with a Candlelight OA Meeting, “When We Retire at Night.” The Assembly Session opens on Friday, where Representatives and Board members gather to conduct regional business. With consent of the Assembly, visitors may participate in discussion, but may not make motions or vote. |
ASSEMBLY GUIDEBOOK
The Assembly Guidebook is your indispensable “map” to the upcoming assembly. Guidebooks are emailed to intergroups and reps who attended the previous two assemblies. This Guidebook includes everything you will need at the assembly, including agenda, minutes of the previous meeting, board and committee reports, and important motions that will be voted on at the upcoming assembly.
