THE REGION 2 ASSEMBLY
Where Service and Fellowship Meet Twice a year, OA members from across the region gather to conduct the essential business of Region 2. These assemblies bring our collective group conscience into action—through discussion, decision-making, and shared service. Each intergroup is eligible to send one representative for every ten meetings (or fraction thereof), ensuring every voice is represented. Region Representatives (RRs) participate fully—making motions, voting, and helping shape the future of OA in our region. Visitors are welcome and encouraged to attend. With the assembly’s consent, they may observe and discover how Region 2 works to carry the message of recovery through service. The Assembly includes the Region 2 Board, Region Representatives from participating intergroups, and representatives from unaffiliated OA groups within the region. When every intergroup shows up, we grow stronger, more connected, and better able to serve the still-suffering compulsive eater. ASSEMBLY VISITOR PARTICIPATION
