Follow these steps to submit your event information:

Fill out form to the right
An automated email reply will be generated. If you do not receive an email confirmation, try submitting the form again.
The Publications Coordinator will review your event.

If approved, the event will be posted. You will receive an email confirming your event has been posted.
If unapproved, the event will not be posted. You will receive an email explaining the reasons for it not being approved.

Publications Coordinator.

What to include in your flyer:

Name of Event
Day and time
Location address
Contact - email and/or phone number
Name of intergroup sponsoring event
Suggested donation amount
No one turned away for lack of funds
Do not put the name of the speaker/person presenting on the flyer

NOTE: NEW FLYER CONTENT REQUIREMENT
Please confirm below that any/all photos / illustrations / video / music included in this submission were either produced by your service body or licensed by you for use on the internet. Region 2 reserves the right to omit imagery or other media from our website, email marketing or social media for which we do not have this confirmation. Furthermore Region 2 will only use the imagery provided to publicize your event.
