Add Event

Follow these steps to submit your event information:

Fill out form to the right
An automated email reply will be generated. If you do not receive an email confirmation, try submitting the form again.
The Publications Coordinator will review your event.

If approved, the event will be posted. You will receive an email confirming your event has been posted.
If unapproved, the event will not be posted. You will receive an email explaining the reasons for it not being approved.

If you have any questions, please contact the
Publications Coordinator.

What to include in your flyer:

Event name
Day and time
Location and address
Contact information (email and/or phone)
Sponsoring Intergroup name
Suggested donation amount
“No one turned away for lack of funds”
Do not include the speaker’s or presenter’s name
If English and Spanish are included, create one bilingual flyer (separate versions will not be displayed)

NOTE: NEW FLYER CONTENT REQUIREMENT
Please confirm that all photos, illustrations, video, or music in this submission are either created by your service body or licensed for online use. Region 2 may omit any media without confirmation and will use approved imagery solely to publicize your event.
