With consent of the Assembly, visitors may participate in discussion, but may not make motions or vote.
Visitors may attend Friday night for free. Anyone attending Saturday &/or Sunday must pay the registration fee.
The Assembly Packet is your indispensable “map” to the upcoming assembly. Packets are emailed to intergroups and to reps who attended the previous two assemblies.
This packet includes everything you will need at the assembly, including agenda, minutes of the previous meeting, board and committee reports, and important motions that will be voted on at the upcoming assembly.
